So I’ve been back from NYC for a couple of days and while I took great strides to manually blog my days in my moleskin I’ve yet to make them digital nevermind the fact that I’ve yet to download my photos.
In short NYC was amazing I can’t wait to go back it’s something we need to do more often (go to NYC) I’ll hopefully get to the NYC blog update right after I get the new FrancoShade theme online… I’m about 50% done right now.
So more in a bit.
On Friday I’ll be (along with Jen) will be returning to NYC for the first time since emily came about. Jen will rock the dance teacher conference while I tackel the big apple all by myself for a small part of the trip. Planned stops for me are various shops I don’t have in Toronto, canal street and maybe even the shaolin temple.
Honestly can’t wait to go and even tho we’ll be without the embot I’ll try and make the most of it despite missing my little one. Um. That’s about it. Work is crazy busy. Just upgraded the lappy to leopard and should be able to sort out the frsh blog on about a week once I get back home.
So yesterday Jen and I decided to take the little one, aka “the kid” to the Pacific Mall. Neither of us had been in quite sometime. It was a fun trip, I always find that visiting the mall makes me want to spend money on obscenly small and glossy electronics. This trip they had some of the newest cell phones I had never even seen even with my online newsfeeds some of these great phones slipped under my radar.
we did the bubble tea thing had some waffles and looked at all the new stores that have popped up since the last time we were there.

Its almost been a year since I got lappy. Well its about that time that applecare comes into the picture. On friday Jen went and got me my applecare from carbon, good thing too since applecare just went down in price. At the same time she picked up an iskin for my ipod video. mmmm. It’s a pretty mice case covers the whole thing up nice, the hold button is a bit wonky but that will just take getting used too.

for some this day is nothing but a pain that is constantly reoccurring. lots of people are very cautious today, but for me it hold a special place in my life for it was a friday the 13th that Jen and I went out on a first date.
so today is a sort of anniversary, one that passes seemingly randomly by, and wile people crying of the though of this day its meaning I cant help but think that it holds such a drastic different view in my heart.
